The Greenvale Sports Club was founded on 20 April 1993.
It was formed to advance the interests of football and cricket in Greenvale. The Club secured the lease of the land on which the Social Club is now built, oversaw the construction of the Social Club and obtained a Liquor Licence. From its foundation until December 2000, the Club had only 5 Members. These 5 Members continuously held the following positions on the Committee of Management:
Senior round one selection night at Section Road under lights (Thursday 3rd October 2013) - preceded by training from 6.30pm with selections for round one at approximately 8pm. Dinner served at the club after training. Come and meet the players and the coaches.
Round one kicks off for all senior teams from Saturday 5th October 2013 and Junior teams from Friday the 11th October 2013
